Mask Policy

Properly worn masks are required for clients and therapists the entire session regardless of vaccination status! At this time in accordance with DOH and State policies and mandates, we will require all clients and therapists to properly wear masks throughout the entirety of the session. Masks may be removed only for the duration of facial treatments; as soon as the treatment is concluded you must put your mask back on. We will continue to err on the side of caution with your health and safety as our top priority. We will stay up to date and keep you informed on the latest changes as they roll out.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment, or you will be charged a $40.00 cancellation fee for the appointment. Payment is due before your next appointment.

Tardiness: Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment.

Sickness: Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition, if you have been diagnosed with, exposed to Covid-19 or are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms.

If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.

Minor Services Policy

Policies

All minors receiving services must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Parents or guardians must remain in the treatment room the entire session with any clients under 16 years old. Parents or guardians of clients 16 - 17 must remain in the building the entirety of the session. Additional waivers and/or informed consent forms may be required.

Covid-19 Policies and Protocols

Cantrell's Body Shop has been working tirelessly to ensure the health and safety of our clients.  Please know that a great deal of research and thought went into these policies and protocols and while they may not be very convenient, they are necessary for the safety of everyone at this time. We understand that opinions differ regarding the current situation and we thank you for respecting Cantrell's Body Shop's decision to follow the law and guidelines that are in place.

Covid-19 Policies and Protocols

We request that you stop by the restroom to wash your hands prior to your appointment. Hand sanitizer will also be provided in our waiting area and in all treatment rooms.

We are following all current guidelines regarding cleaning and sanitation, there will be a 30 min window of time between each appointment to allow for proper sanitation. Please be patient with us as we work to ensure your safety.

 

In addition to cleaning and sanitation we run an air purifier with UV sanitation at it's highest level beginning prior to opening, and allow the air to cycle between each client.
 

Please come to your appointment alone. We request that any guests remain outside of the building please do not bring children, or friends to your appointment.At this time we request you do not bring your pet to your appointment, service animals are allowed and welcomed.
 

Within the  two weeks before your appointment, if you’ve been sick or been in contact with someone sick within the last two weeks before your appointment, please reschedule as soon as you are able.
